Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Aspect Pure Industries. Because many of our products are chemicals or custom-made items, our returns policy is designed to be fair while also considering safety regulations. Please read the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:


Order Accuracy: When your order arrives, please check it promptly to ensure you received the correct items and quantities. If we made an error (such as sending the wrong product or an incorrect amount), or if any items arrived damaged, notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you – this may involve sending replacement product or issuing a refund/credit.


Unopened Product Returns: For standard catalog products, we may accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval. The items must be in resalable condition (factory sealed, no markings or damage). Please contact us to obtain return authorization before sending any product back. In most cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned, including:


  • Opened or partially used chemicals (due to safety and quality control).
  • Custom-formulated products or private label items made specifically for you.
  • Products that are expired or close to expiration by the time of return.
  • Any item not purchased directly from Yalobusha Industries (if you obtained it through a third-party, their return policy applies).



We will clearly communicate if a product is non-returnable at the time of purchase.


Restocking Fees: In some cases, returns of large quantities may be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15%) to cover inspection, processing, and potential disposal of the product. We will let you know in advance if a restocking fee applies to your return.


Refund Process: Once a return is authorized and the items are received back at our facility, we will inspect them. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If the purchase was made via credit card, the refund should appear on your statement in 3-5 additional days (timing depends on your bank). If the order was paid by purchase order/invoice, we will issue a credit memo to your account or a company check refund as appropriate.


Exchanges: We do not do direct product exchanges (due to the complexity of chemical product shipping). Instead, we will assist you in returning the unwanted item (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired item.


Issues and Support: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any issues with a product’s performance or quality, even if it’s outside the normal return window, please reach out to discuss. We stand behind our quality and will work with you to find a solution – whether that’s technical support, replacement, or other remedy as appropriate.


Remember that many of our products are industrial-grade chemicals; always handle them according to the instructions and safety data sheets.
